Kombdi Vade

Kombdi Vade, konkan non veg, malvani food, malvani kombdi vade, vade sagooti






Ingredients for Vade

1) Rice : 3 Cups
2) Urad Dal : 1/ Cups
3) Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
4) Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
5) few black peppercorns
6) Fenugreek Seeds
7) Fresh Coriander Leaves
8) Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
9) Salt as per taste
10) Oil


Process 

1) Wash Rice / Urad Dal and dry it thoroughly in shadow
2) Mix Thoroughly Rice, Urad Dal, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Black Peppercorns and fenugreek seeds. Fry these mixture for few minutes. 
3) Grind these mixture properly.
4) Add turmeric powder, salt and mix it properly. let it be for few minutes
4) Add chopped coriander leaves and start kneading the dough. cover dough with wet cloth for 20-30 min.
5) Heat oil in kadai to fry puri
6) Grease your hand, banana leaf with oil. create puri and fry it to golden colour
