Ingredient :
- Sugar Syrup
- Mango Pulp
- velchi powder
- Ghee for Greasing
Process:
- Create Sugar syrup.
- Pour it in mango pulp .
- add velchi powder as per test in mango pulp and mix thoroughly.
- Grease the plate with ghee.
- Spread this mixture on plate. Let it dry for 3-4 days.
It should be store in cool & dry place. It can last up to 6 months if stored properly.
